Ministry: Campaigns
Every summer since 2001 I went to camps organized by BCM in Peru to help with the maintenance team (cleaning, washing, etc). In 2003 in one of the last camps of the summer, I still didn’t know what I was going to do with my life. At one of the bonfires after hearing the decisions of the children and hearing the Lord speak to me through their testimonies, I made the decision that I would serve the Lord in ministry. I decided to attend IBYM (BCM Peru’s Bible Institute) to prepare myself and train for ministry. I graduated in August of 2005 and in November of the same year at 19 years of age, was accepted as a missionary with BCM.
I am working in the ministry of Campaigns which is an evangelistic ministry of BCM. My ministry in Campaigns is to evangelize and help edify local churches using various methods like mimes, dramas, gospel clown, movies, and preaching the Word of God. Our future plans are to expand this ministry not only in Peru, but in Latin America and to the rest of the world.
