Director/Office BCM Peru
We are Carlos and Marion Odicio. Carlos is a Peruvian national, and Marion is from the Netherlands . We met in 1978 in Peru while both of us were working in tourism.
We have four children: Grace, who studies in Holland; Jonatan, who is a missionary under BCM as well, serving with us in Peru; Jared, who is in Jr. High at Fetzer Memorial Christian Academy here in Lima; and Laura, who is in elementary school at La Molina Christian School, also in Lima .
The Lord called us back to Peru in 1994 (after having served here before for one term, plus a term in Holland ) specifically to develop a ministry on behalf of the children. It is amazing to see what He has accomplished for His Glory in these 12 years! We thoroughly enjoy working together with our missionaries as a team, and to plan for its expansion to other parts of the country.
Carlos is overseeing and directing the overall ministry of BCM here in Peru .
Marion is coordinator for the BCM Teacher Training ministry, and holds the office together.
General Prayer Requests:
For wisdom as we oversee, direct, and plan this beautiful ministry, so that many precious Peruvian children may come to know, love, and obey the Lord
For continued good health and energy in order to meet the many demands of the ministry
For God's guidance in the lives of each one of our children and for their response to that guidance
For wisdom as we seek to develop each student at the Bible Institute who wants to serve the Lord full time, under BCM or elsewhere
That, as an organism, BCM would continually seek the Lord's guidance, and each missionary would be walking closely with Him
